The project comprises of fourteen (14) three (3) bed/ 2 ½ bathroom units laid out in two clusters of ten (10) & four (4) units each of mixed type A & type B units that will each have generous private rear garden areas, with solid keyed alike gates linking them to provide access for garden maintenance.
Unit Types
Type A
Type A is a three (3) bedroom end unit of 1,670 square feet with a spacious back yard to which there are side entrances for easy access from the garage.
Type B
Type B units are Three (3) bedroom 1,650 square feet. featuring individual private back yards.

Circulation
